Shipping and Returns

We want you to have your items as soon as possible, so we try to pack orders within 3 working days of recieving payment of your order. If you need your order urgently please select express shipping as these orders do take prioty over regular orders.

During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Christmas and sales) please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.

Delivery Acceptance

All home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect from your nearest Australia Post office outlet. 

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION

FREE AUSTRALIAN REGULAR SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS OVER $100. IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE YOUR ORDER TO EXPRESS, THEN $16.95 WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.

  • Standard Shipping Charges $10.95 Usually 1-3 days to major cities, 4-10 days elsewhere once shipped. Please allow extra time to WA.
  • Express Shipping Charges $16.95 Usually 1 day to most major cities, exept perth please allow 2 days. 2 days elsewhere once shipped
  • Method Standard shipping is via eParcel and Express is via eParcel Express. 
  • Please keep in mind, that at times there may be a unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post, which is out of our control.
  • All orders have a tracking number and can be tracked online at http://auspost.com.au/track 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • New Zealand Standard International Air Mail eParcel $20.00 Usually 3-10 working days
  • New Zealand Express International Air Mail eParcel Express $35.00 Usually 2-3 working days
  • Standard International Air Mail eParcel $35.00
  • Standard Shipping Charges Usually 4-7 days to major cities, 7-21 days elsewhere 
  • International Express Air Mail eParcel $65.00 
  • All international orders have a tracking number and can be tracked online at http://auspost.com.au/track 

RETURNS POLICY

  • Please email us at helpdesk@feather.com.au if you wish to return an item.  
  • Include a copy of your invoice with the items being returned.
  • If you require an exchange, please be sure to provide a full description of the requested item, including product name, size and color. 
  • Please note that postage charges for returning items for refund or exchange are to be paid by the customer. 
  • The cost of shipping exchanged items back to the customer will be paid for by the customer also. 
  • We will accept returns for 7 days from original date of dispatch. 
  • If you would like a refund on goods due to change of mind or incorrect purchase we will deduct a 20% re-stock administration fee of the total plus any processing charges incurred. Please note shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
  • We recommend that returns be sent using a registered mail service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit. 
  • Please take the time to return goods in orginal condition! 
  • Please understand that handmade items are unable to be returned due to being made to order.
