AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING INFORMATION
We try to pack orders within 3 working days of recieving payment of your order. If you need your order urgently please select express shipping as these orders do take prioty over regular orders.
Note: During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Christmas and sales) please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.
FREE AUSTRALIAN REGULAR SHIPPING IS AVAILABE FOR ORDERS OVER $50. IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE YOUR ORDER TO EXPRESS, THEN $16.95 WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.
- Standard Shipping Charges $9.95 Usually 1-3 days to major cities, 4-10 days elsewhere once shipped. Please allow extra time to WA.
- Express Shipping Charges $16.95 Usually 1 day to most major cities, exept perth please allow 2 days. 2 days elsewhere once shipped.
- Method Standard shipping is via eParcel and Express is via eParcel Express.
- Please keep in mind, that at times there may be a unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post, which is out of our control.

- We offer you a 100% "no questions" returns policy.
- If you require any assistance you can contact our customer services centre.
- If you require an exchange, please be sure to provide a full description of the requested item, including product name, size and color.
- Please note that postage charges for returning items for refund or exchange are to be paid by the customer.
- The cost of shipping exchanged items back to the customer will be paid for by the customer also.
- We will accept returns for 7 days from original date of dispatch.
- We recommend that returns be sent using a registered mail service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
