Despatch
Despatch refers to when your order leaves our warehouse.
Orders are not despatched over the weekend or on NSW public holidays.
We want you to have your items as soon as possible, so we try to despatch orders within 3 working days of receiving payment of your order. If you need your order urgently please select express shipping as these orders do take priory over regular orders.
During major promotional events and special occasions (such as Christmas and sales) please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your delivery to arrive.
Delivery Acceptance
Some home delivery orders require a signature upon delivery. If there's no one at home to sign for the parcel, you will receive an email or SMS instructions on how to collect from your nearest Australia Post office outlet or nearest Parcel Connect agent if shipped via Aramex.
If you wish for Australia Post to leave your parcel in a safe please put this in the comments section at checkout.
By selecting “Authority to Leave or Safe Drop” you hereby authorise to arrange for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring you to sign for the delivery. Please note requesting for your parcel to be left in a specific spot upon delivery is a merely a request and not a guarantee if the post man feels it is not safe or shielded by the weather conditions. Feather.com.au will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature.

FREE AUSTRALIAN REGULAR SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE FOR ORDERS OVER $150. IF YOU WISH TO UPGRADE YOUR ORDER TO EXPRESS, THEN $16.95 WILL BE APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER.
Feather.com.au organise shipment through Aramax and Australia Post. Once an order is placed, packed and sent off, we will email you your tracking number. All express orders are shipped via Australia Post.
Once your order is dispatched, we hand your parcel over to Australia Post for delivery. Please note that delivery times listed are only estimations.
- Standard Shipping Charges $12.95 Usually 2-6 business days to major cities, 6-12 business days elsewhere once dispatched. Please allow extra time to WA and Regional.
- Express Shipping Charges $16.95 Usually 1-3 business days to most major cities, except Perth please allow 2-3 business days. Regional Australia does takes a little longer, 3-6 business days once dispatched.
- Please keep in mind, that at times there may be a unusual delay in delivery by Australia Post or Aramex, which is out of our control.

Import conditions can change regularly, so make sure you check the conditions for your country each time you order.
Parcels are randomly detained for inspection of the contents, to check paperwork, or to calculate the Custom Duties and/or Taxes payable. You agree that you are liable to pay any such applicable duties and/or taxes to the relevant authority. Feather.com.au are not liable for any extra expense you may incur from your obligation to pay taxes to the concerning authority.

Feather.com.au are no longer able to ship any of our dried flower range to New Zealand.
RETURNS POLICY
- Please email us at helpdesk@feather.com.au if you wish to return an item.
- Include a copy of your invoice with the items being returned.
- If you require an exchange, please be sure to provide a full description of the requested item, including product name, size and color.
- Please note that postage charges for returning items for refund or exchange are to be paid by the customer.
- The cost of shipping exchanged items back to the customer will be paid for by the customer also.
- We will accept returns for 7 days from original date of dispatch.
- If you would like a refund on goods due to change of mind or incorrect purchase we will deduct a 20% re-stock administration fee of the total plus any processing charges incurred. Please note shipping costs are not eligible for refund.
- We recommend that returns be sent using a registered mail service as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
- Please take the time to return goods in orginal condition!
- Please understand that handmade items are unable to be returned due to being made to order.

How long does shipping usually take?
Here at Feather.com.au we try and ship items as quickly as possible. We usually ship items within 1-3 days of receiving your order. During sales and major events please allow a few extra days for your order to be packed.
How do I know if my order has been shipped?
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
How can I track my order?
All orders come with tracking. We ship all orders via Australia Post and Aramex. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an email from Australia Post with your tracking number. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder in case it lands there. Once you have your tracking number you can track Australia Post orders here and Aramex orders here
Do you offer wholesale prices?

Do you ship internationally? How much?
New Zealand Standard International Air Mail eParcel $20.00 Usually 3-10 working day. New Zealand Express International Air Mail eParcel Express $35.00 Usually 2-3 working days. Please note we are not currently shipping dried flowers to New Zealand.
Everywhere else Standard International Air Mail eParcel $35.00. Standard Shipping Charges Usually 4-7 days to major cities, 7-21 days. International Express Air Mail eParcel $65.00

I need my order urgently, do you offer an express service?
Yes, we offer express delivery. Express orders take priority over regular orders. Express orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days.
How do I look after my feathers?
Feathers are extremely delicate, so always take care. We do not recommend washing feathers as this will result in the dye coming out. Dyed feathers are not colourfast. Feathers can be fluffed using a gentle warm hair dyer.
Are your feathers ethically sourced?
Yes, our feathers are a bi product. Birds are not harmed just for their feathers.
The item/s I'm after is out of stock. How do I go about getting it in?
Please contact us at helpdesk@feather.com.au and we will be able to let you know if the item is being restocked.
What happens if an item I've ordered is out of stock?
In the unlikely event an item that you have ordered is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or phone. We will see if there is another item that you would like to swap it too or if you would like a refund.
How accrete are your colours online?
Products are shot under natural lighting and are displayed as accurately as possible, however, please note that colours may appear darker or lighter in certain areas due to lighting and editing.
Do you have a store I can visit?
No sorry. You are only able to order our products online.
Can I come and collect an order?
At this stage we do not offer click and collect. All orders need to be placed online and shipped.
